The Father Friendliness Organizational Self-Assessment (OSA) Application
…begin planning to strengthen your organizational culture and function.
Supporting Father Involvement utilizes the Father Friendliness Organizational Self-Assessment (OSA) as a tool for SFI agencies and professionals interested in learning about their current level of father functioning, and to begin strategically planning to strengthen these elements of organizational culture and function.

The self assessment is available online and is for agencies participating at SFI Level 2:

The Organizational Self Assessment is available over the internet.  Your agency can participate in the assessment, have the results analyzed, and receive recommendations on how your father friendliness can be enhanced and improved.  We are utilizing Survey Monkey as a tool to facilitate the accessibility friendliness.

Organizations can re-assess themselves on a regularly scheduled basis in order to measure the progress made in becoming more accessible, engaging, and friendly to fathers.  This measure can become an important
reporting tool for the organization, its stakeholder groups, and - current and future - funders.

All you need to do is register your agency as participating in Supporting Father Involvement at either the Level 2 or Level 3 points of registration to begin.

Registration is easy and with it the SFI journey toward Father Friendliness, becoming connected resources, and networking with other agencies can begin.
